(2) Technical transformation goals

In 2020, the second phase of the high-carbon ferrochromium alloy production line will be implemented. With a total investment of 80 million yuan, the construction of two submerged arc furnace production lines and corresponding supporting equipment and workshops has been launched in March this year, and strives to be put into operation in the first quarter of 2021. The new production capacity is 150,000 tons. It is planned to use 60% of its production capacity in 2021 and reach full production in 2022.
