What are the methods of sampling and testing? Let's take a look at what the relevant people say.
1. Sampling for packaging verification: At least 10% of the packaging should be randomly selected for each batch. A sample of approximately the same weight is randomly selected from each piece, the size of which is not less than 20×20mm, and the sample is not less than 8 and at most 30. All the samples should be crushed to less than 10mm, and reduced to 1-2kg by quarter method. After mixing, they should be divided into two equal parts. One sample is used for analysis and the other is reserved.
2. Sampling and testing method: bulk verification sampling: when the batch is less than 10t, no less than 10 samples should be randomly taken from different parts; if the batch is more than 10t, and less than 30t, no less than 20 samples should be randomly taken from different parts; When it is more than 30t, no less than 30 samples should be randomly taken from different parts. The weight of each sample should be approximately equal, and its block size should not be less than 20×20mm. The total amount of sampling should not be less than 0.03% of the batch. All the samples taken should be crushed to less than 10mm and reduced to 1-2kg by quarter method. After mixing, they should be divided into two equal parts, one for analysis and one for reserve.
